Freescale Order Samples

We know that getting your design in front of customers as quickly as possible is critical to your success.

That抯 why we are now offering a global online sample program. Our easy-to-use program allows you to order samples from our Web site to test in your designs before you buy. We offer these samples, including shipping, handling and any applicable taxes, at no charge to you.

Step 1
Before you can order product samples, you will need to register with this site. If you are already a member, simply login. Once you are registered, you will be able to order samples on-line. You will also be able to track the delivery of your sample orders from your personalized registered-user home page.

Step 2
Samples are identified in the product tables with a "Sample" icon located next to a shopping cart icon.

 If you already know all or even just a portion of the sample part number, enter the information in the Freescale Part Number Search field on this page.

 If you don't know the part number, browse the Freescale Semiconductor Product Library for your part by first selecting "Product or Technology." From there you can further refine your search by selecting "Family or Function" to view Selector Tables that show which products have samples available. (Note:You must select "Sub-Family or Sub-Function" when it is an available option.)

 If you don't know the part number you can also select Parametric Search located below Keyword search in the global header and complete a Parametric Search query to get a listing of orderable parts. Products that have samples available are identified by an Order Samples icon. (Use "Search Help" if you need additional information to setup your Parametric Search query.)

Step 3
Select the samples icon, and you will be taken to the Freescale shopping cart, where you can select the quantity of samples you wish to receive*, verify your billing and shipping addresses and submit your order.

Step 4
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to track the progress of your order from your personalized registered user home page. For most customers samples should arrive within 48 hours.

Note: Not all orderable parts are currently available in the Samples program. If you cannot find the sample part you want, submit a Customer Service Request.
