The steps to join the seminar

  • The followings are required one month in advance:

    ClientĄ¯s name, LOGO, Website, Theme and Seminar Description, Lecturer, Photo and Profile of Lecturer

  • The followings are required ten days before:

    Audio and PPT of seminar, engineers to answer questions.

  • The followings should be done two to three days in advance:

    The clients arrange the engineers(who to answer questions) to have a train on how to operate the backend of seminar (a telephone training carried out by client or in other ways )

  • The followings should be done on the day of the seminar:

    The engineers have to present online half an hour before the seminar. The seminar lasts two hours (10:00-12:00 am), where the engineers will answer questions from netizens. 21ic will provide online technical support (the clients can provide online support by teleconference).

  • One week after the seminar:

    21ic will provide the report for the seminar.
