软通动力登陆纽交所 拟募资1.4亿美元

（娄池）12月14日晚间消息，IT服务及行业解决方案提供商软通动力（ISS）今晚登陆纽约证券交易所，并发行10,833,334股美国存托股份，按发行价13美元计算，软通将在纽交所募集1.408亿美元的资金。
今年11月24日，软通动力向美国SEC递交上市申请，计划在纽交所上市，代码ISS，其承销商为瑞银、JP摩根大通和摩根士丹利，软通动力表示，募集资金中的3680万美元将用于偿还银行贷款，剩余的资金将用于公司的日常运营，如购买设备和技术研发等。
据悉，软通动力信息技术（集团）有限公司成立于2001年，是一家全方位IT服务及行业解决方案提供商。该公司2009年营收达到1.34亿美元，2010财年前九个月营收达到了1.35亿美元，超过了09年的全年收入。
软通动力目前员工已经接近1万人，并在东京、汉城、旧金山、英国伦敦以及比利时的布鲁塞尔设立了代表处，在日本和美国的多个城市有办公室。据媒体报道，公司管理层在上市前一共持有140,686,992普通股，占比33.8%。
据悉，上市前软通动力共计完成了两轮融资和一轮可转换债券融资，2005年至2007年进行第一轮融资，获永威投资、盈富泰克共计3665万美元投资；2007至2008年进行第二轮融资，获富达亚洲、三井创投、永威投资、盈富泰克共计4500万美元投资；2009年至20
10年发行可转换债券，自光大控股、富达亚洲、永威投资、盈富泰克和三井创投等处融资5600万美元。
从2005年末软通动力获得第一笔融资开始，并购就成了软通动力发展的重要途径，当年软通动力并购了联合创新泛网络技术有限公司；06年软通迅速完成6家小型公司的并购；08完成与上海杰峰的并购与整合；2009年分别与深圳四达荣合科技公司和环亚先锋公司达成并购协议；2010年完成对美国Ascend技术公司与上海康时信息系统有限公司的并购。(function(){document.domain=qq.com;var
